Privacy and data practices
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to mapprintplus.com and the MapPrint+ application at app.mapprintplus.com.
Effective Date: August 29, 2026
MapPrint+ (“MapPrint+,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Jido Geospatial. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit mapprintplus.com, request access to MapPrint+, or use the MapPrint+ application at app.mapprintplus.com.
By using the website or application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Beta access and contact information. When you request beta access or contact us, we may collect your name, organization, work email address, role, primary use case, GIS environment, estimated number of users, beta or demo interest, and any information you include in a message.
Submitting a beta-access request does not automatically create a MapPrint+ account or guarantee approval.
MapPrint+ account information. If you are invited to use MapPrint+, we may maintain account information such as your name, email address, organization, user role, access status, plan or access type, beta dates, and account creation and update dates.
Authentication and access information. MapPrint+ uses passwordless email authentication. We may maintain information needed to authenticate your account and determine whether you are authorized to use the application, including user identifiers, login dates, account status, and limited security or access events.
Support and administrative information. If you contact support or if we need to administer your account, we may maintain support communications and limited internal administrative records related to access, troubleshooting, beta participation, or account management.
Browser storage. MapPrint+ may use browser storage to maintain your authentication session and to support application functionality such as saved drafts, preferences, recent maps, and other account-specific local information. Some of this information may remain on your device until you clear it or your browser data.
GIS and ArcGIS content. MapPrint+ is designed to work with existing web GIS content. Depending on how you use the application, MapPrint+ may process ArcGIS item IDs, URLs, web maps, layers, services, project settings, and related map configuration needed to display and prepare your map exhibit.
MapPrint+ is not intended to become the system of record for your GIS datasets.
When protected ArcGIS content requires authentication, you may be asked to sign in through ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. MapPrint+ does not intentionally store your ArcGIS password or ArcGIS OAuth access tokens in the MapPrint+ account database. ArcGIS authentication remains separate from your MapPrint+ account.
Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website or application, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and server or security logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to review beta-access requests; create, authenticate, and administer approved accounts; provide and secure MapPrint+; respond to support and contact requests; troubleshoot technical problems; manage beta participation and account access; improve the product and user experience; prevent abuse or unauthorized access; communicate important service or account information; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your beta request to automatically create an account.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate MapPrint+.
Netlify hosts the public MapPrint+ website and processes submissions from the beta-access form.
Supabase provides authentication, database, and account-access infrastructure for the MapPrint+ application.
Google Workspace is used for MapPrint+ support and email communications, including email associated with account access.
Esri and ArcGIS services may be involved when you choose to access ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, web maps, layers, or other ArcGIS content. Your use of those services is also subject to the privacy practices and terms applicable to your ArcGIS account or organization.
These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services. Netlify describes form handling as a hosted submission service, and Supabase Auth stores user authentication information in its authentication infrastructure and database.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate MapPrint+; when necessary to protect MapPrint+, our users, or others; when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to operational, security, and legal requirements.
During the beta period, MapPrint+ is designed to retain routine login and access-history information for approximately 90 days and administrative audit records for approximately 12 months.
When an account is marked for deletion, certain account or support records may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion or anonymization. Some records may be retained longer when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Beta-request and contact information may be retained while the request is under consideration and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, support, and administrative purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect MapPrint+ accounts and information.
MapPrint+ separates application access from ArcGIS authentication, restricts access based on account authorization, and uses authentication and database controls intended to prevent unauthorized access.
No website, application, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Responsibilities
Please do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the MapPrint+ beta-request or contact forms.
Only access or use GIS content that you are authorized to view and process.
Organizations using protected or sensitive GIS content are responsible for determining whether use of that content with MapPrint+ is consistent with their own security, privacy, records-management, and information-governance requirements.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your MapPrint+ account or beta request.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights concerning your personal information.

Children’s Privacy
MapPrint+ is designed for professional and organizational use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. By using MapPrint+, information may therefore be processed outside your state, province, or country.
