Help and support

Get oriented, troubleshoot, or ask for help.

MapPrint+ is a print-focused layout tool for turning existing web GIS content into polished exhibits. During beta, direct support is available by email.

Basic workflow

  1. Open or connect supported GIS content.
  2. Choose a template, page size, and orientation.
  3. Arrange the map and supporting elements.
  4. Review titles, legends, scale, credits, and output resolution.
  5. Export the layout or save the project for later.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm the source item or service is accessible to your signed-in account.
  • Record the browser, operating system, and steps that produced the issue.
  • Note whether the issue affects editing, saving, opening, or export.
  • Do not email passwords, access tokens, private service URLs, or sensitive project data.

Current scope

MapPrint+ focuses on composing and exporting map layouts. It is not a replacement for GIS analysis, editing, geoprocessing, data governance, or web-map administration.

Beta expectations

Features, supported sources, and workflows may change during beta. Approved users should report problems and avoid relying on the beta as the only copy of a critical layout or project.

Protected content access

ArcGIS Enterprise setup

Organizations using protected ArcGIS Enterprise content may need to register MapPrint+ as an approved application in their Portal. This is typically completed once by a Portal administrator or authorized GIS/IT staff.

Users continue signing in through their organization's normal ArcGIS Enterprise, SSO, or MFA process. MapPrint+ does not collect or store ArcGIS passwords.

If your organization uses protected ArcGIS Enterprise content and needs help with setup, contact us.
